Welcome to Nabiller, the electricity bill payment platform ("Platform"). These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and outline the rights and obligations between you ("User") and Nabiller ("Company").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
a. User Account
To use the Platform, you can create a user account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate and complete
information during the registration process and to keep your Account credentials confidential. You are
responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
b. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use the Platform, according to the laws of your jurisdiction. By creating an
Account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.
a. Meter Validation
The Platform allows Users to enter their meter number to verify the associated name and address connected to
that meter number. The accuracy of the generated information depends on the data provided by the relevant
electricity service provider.
b. Meter Type Selection
Users can select the type of meter (prepaid or postpaid) associated with their meter number. This selection
determines the subsequent payment process and options available to the User.
c. Bill Payment
For prepaid meters, Users can select the desired amount and proceed to make payment. The Platform redirects
Users to a secure payment page provided by Flutterwave or an authorized payment gateway for payment
processing. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing the payment
transaction successfully.
d. Token Delivery
Upon successful payment, a token is sent to the mobile number associated with the meter number provided by
the User and also displayed Onscreen . This token is used to load electricity credit onto the prepaid meter,
enabling Users to access electricity services.
a. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for entering the correct meter number and ensuring the accuracy of the associated name
and address. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the generated information and shall not be held
liable for any discrepancies
b. Payment Authorization
By initiating a payment transaction on the Platform, the User authorizes the Company to facilitate the
transfer of funds to the relevant electricity service provider. Users are responsible for providing accurate
payment information and completing the transaction successfully.
c. Compliance with Laws
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using the Platform. Any
misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
The Platform and its contents, including trademarks, logos, software, and other materials, are the property of the Company or its licensors. Users are not granted any rights or licenses to use the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Platform. Users assume all risks associated with their use of the Platform and the accuracy of the generated information.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. The Company may also update or modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any material changes to the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
